"City bu city?" was first used by Shanghai-based American blogger Paul Mike Ashton. His name on the Internet is “Bao Bao Xiong.” He likes sharing travel 37 in China on Douyin and Xiaohongshu. Ashton became popular after he shared a video of him asking his sister “City bu city? ” on the Great Wall.
The word "city" itself has now taken on a new meaning as an adjective. Ashton himself says that it describes something that happens in the city, but it can also be “something that gives you a great love for life.”

We all wish there was a magic trick to memorize English words effortlessly. After all, we can come across tons of new words while reading books, newspapers or magazines.I've got a little 40 that has helped me build a large English vocabulary. Would you like to try it?
Before you start, you'll need to have two things ready: a notebook and a quality piece of reading material. The material should 41 your level. If you don't know where to find the right material, you can start right here with this publication.
42 , I like to use newspaper articles and podcast scripts to learn English after school. As I read, I underline words and phrases that seem useful. But how do I know I've collected "enough" useful words and expressions? I look at what I've underlined and ask myself if I can retell the main ideas from the material with them. If so, then I know I've done a good job.
After that, I copy those words and phrases into my notebook. Now comes the final and most important step: reviewing everything you've written down. As you 43 your list, think about how the main ideas in the material are connected. This may sound boring, but if you don't review your notes, those useful words and phrases will soon slip out of your mind. Then, if you aren't able to use them in everyday conversation or writing, what's the point?
